Have we won the battle but lost the cause? Is it too late? Just like the coronavirus, did we do too little too late and now and now like the virus, trumpism is overtaking our country? Finally we have a president, a real president with the intelligence, heart and soul to make our country whole again, get us on the right path for calmness, and kindness and equality. Help us regain what we have lost under the tyranny that was trump. Words have weight. The right words can inspire one to greatness. The wrong words inspire self destruction. Trump wants to call a new party of death and destruction, all to function for his benefit only, the patriot party. Patriot? Yeah, that’s a great word, but his traitor, killer followers are the exact opposite of patriots. As are the Josh Hawleys and Ted Cruzes in congress. You remember Hawley, right? He stood up on national tv a year or so ago adamantly pledging to secure pre- existing conditions in health care for personal reasons as a bill in congress with his name on it to do the exact opposite was making its way to the trash bin. The traitor Republican senators still in congress, despite section 3 of the 14th amendment, are trying to get legislation passed that would make it easier to throw an election if they were not winning.
If we live in a truly equal and free society, then according to Republican thinking, than I guess I can go rob a bank or do any kind of evil mischief that I please, and as long as I change my address I can go free as a bird without any prosecution. How can the party of division, claim suddenly to worry about dividing the country if we let the events of January 6th go without prosecution? There most certainly is another trump out there just as evil or even more so, if that is even possible. And what if that one actually has a functioning brain? Trump and his waste of space offspring, they’re off alright, violated the emoluments act from day one. Americans would be sick to their collective stomachs if they knew the dollar value they have stolen from us. But guess what? In the alternative reality of the Republican world that crime will go unpunished. Know why? Wait for it...they no longer hold office so they are no longer committing the crime! Oh wait, it just hit me! The “law and order” of the traitor party only applies to everyone BUT THEM! To let trump and his family and his enablers untried and suffering no consequences for a trump inspired and encouraged violent attempt to take over our country plunges a cold steel knife into the very heart of our already wounded democracy.
”NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW!” And THAT is the correct message for the next Donald j. Trump regardless of gender or political party.
